HOME : ACCOMMODATION ACCOMMODATION AT VILLA LUMIA - Bedrooms - Living Room - Bar - Dining Room - Kitchen - Study - The main villa has four bedrooms and a separate apartment on the upper floor has two bedrooms. The main villa has three bedrooms on the ground floor and one double bedroom on the first floor. The apartment is a separate section of the villa and is ideal for grown-up kids, guests or a small family. The 1st floor has a large double bedroom with views out over the surrounding gardens and ancient well. There is a bathroom complete with shower on this level. The apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (two singles), and a bathroom. There are two balconies, one having sea views. Two travel cots are also provided for convenience. A TV complete with satellite decoder provides entertainment in English, and a VCR is also available to help entertain kids during siesta time. Bring your own Barney cassettes! Spirits, liqueurs and whiskeys - available in local supermarkets - are possibly at their cheapest in all of Europe. Gin and tonic anyone - ice on tap and lemons from the garden!! The dining room, set on the first floor and next to the kitchen, is an elegant room floored in an old style Venetian marble. It comes complete with a solid cherry table capable of comfortably seating twelve adults when fully extended.
The beautiful Italian cherry-wood kitchen has an American-style fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The fridge provides ice and iced-water at the push of a button for making refreshing chilled drinks. A full set of crockery and usual utensils are provided.
The study is an optional area for those wishing not to use the double bedroom on the 1st floor. This bedroom converts into a spacious study area with desk area and couch. This room is air-conditioned. The 2nd floor apartment has two large bedrooms - one double and one twin. It also has a bathroom complete with shower, and two small balconies. It is set upstairs off the main balcony area of the villa and can be accessed independently. An intercom system links the apartment to both floors of the villa below.
Note : All Bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house also has mosquito protection on all windows and balcony doors.

The
ground floor has two double bedrooms, and a children's bedroom with one
single bed and one bunk bed (see opposite). The main double bed has an
en-suite complete with hydro-massage shower and direct access to the pool.
There is also a large bathroom with both a bath and shower on this floor.
The
very spacious living area floored in terracotta tiles, with recessed lighting
and old wooded beams is a focal point of the house. A comfortable TV/lounge
area set around a beautiful stone fireplace and an old-style bar area
make it the perfect place to relax or to sip a pre-dinner drink.
The
mahogany bar finished in antique marble is an ideal spot to start or end
the evening. Complete with bar stools, fridge and sink area it will be
stocked with a few bottles of local white and red wine.
