Ideal for those looking to 'escape and relax away from it all' or those looking for a luxurious home from which to discover this beautiful Mediterranean island teeming with beaches, history, culture, vineyards, ancient villages, exquisite cuisine and even the odd volcano!
The balcony area has a number of stairs leading to the garden and up-to the 2nd floor apartment. Care should be taken with young children and toddlers. Why not eat-in one evening during your stay and be treated to a beautiful full course meal of Italian and Sicilian dishes - all cooked and served by a highly recommended professional chef. Homemade antipasto starters, pasta or rice dishes followed by meat or fish main course, you won't be disappointed. Date and menu must be chosen in advance. Typical prices are approx €20 - €30 per head for a four course meal. We have especially planned for small children and babies, particularly with regard to safety. Two travel cots, a high-chair and some children's toys are provided.

The
large private pool, six large air-conditioned bedrooms sleeping up-to
thirteen, indoor traditional-style bar and extensive living areas are
all finished with great Italian style - marble and terracotta abound.
Quaint garden areas are set in palm and citrus trees with outside kitchen,
real wooden pizza oven and bbq areas. Satellite TV, American-style
fridge with ice maker... - you'll want to stay on! 
The
private 36 ft. (12m) pool set amid citrus and palm trees has a truly tropical
feel. Complete with diving board, a deep and shallow area it is ideal
for either that refreshing dip or for the more serious swimmer. Access
to the pool for children's safety can be restricted. An outdoor toilet
conveniently avoids slippery feet on the bathroom tiles indoors. A shower
area, with hot water, is both an ideal start and end to a dip.
What
better than a BBQ outdoors in the sun, or a refreshing lunch out of the
sun in the shade of the pizza house? In the evening light up the traditional
pizza oven and sip wine late into the night in the glow of the olive logs
burning away. The pizza house also contains a kitchen area complete with
gas hob, sink and marble worktop space for the real serious bbq or pizza
chef.
A
large L-shaped balcony on the first floor extends from the front to the
rear of the house. Surrounded by planters teeming with flowering geranium
and other summer plants it a lovely setting for relaxing or dining.
The
pool has access from two points in the garden. Both access points have
gates to keep young children outside of the pool area. In any case children
should be supervised at all times, particularly in the pool and garden
areas. The pool can also be accessed directly from the main bedroom in
the ground floor. Two child gates are provided for use on internal stairs
in the villa or the upper appartment.
